Enrollment Process

Fill out the registration form with your child’s information and our Intake Coordinator will contact you to gather more information.

Once you speak to our Intake Coordinator and we receive a copy of your insurance card, we will call to verify your benefits for ABA. Once benefits have been verified, our Intake Coordinator will call you to discuss benefits and any anticipated patient responsibility.

Once benefits have been verified, it’s time to schedule your child’s evaluation. During the evaluation, your child will be assessed on various developmental areas to determine a recommended intensity of services, and to develop individualized programming.

A parent meeting is held to review your child’s assessment results, skills to acquire, and to discuss parent training goals.

After the assessment, your child will be given a start date for comprehensive services.

A minimum of every 6-months, your child’s BCBA will update their assessment scores by conducting another comprehensive evaluation. Additionally, a new report is written to update goals and assess progress from the previous reporting period.
