My son attended Spectacular Kids for years. I always recommend this center because of their culture. They are the most kind and loving facility. It’s scary sending your baby off to a center all day. Just like any medical/therapeutic facility, there are good ones and there are bad ones. There are places that simply do ABA, but don’t put the heart into it. My son wasn’t a number or statistic at Spec Kids. My son loved attending, his therapist genuinely cared about him… So much they cried when we left (we cried too). He grew and learned so much! He learned to speak in sentences, he learned to take turns, he learned so much from them, but all in a fun atmosphere. He Was excited to go there and my momma’s heart felt good leaving him there. With a back ground in ABA and a masters degree in special education, I took great care interviewing centers before choosing one. The BCBAs knew how to help him with his elopement, speech, and challenging behaviors. They always used best practices and we got to follow his results/data closely. We love Spectacular Kids.

Amazing ABA center with people who truly care about children living on the spectrum. Feeling so fortunate that my sons who are both on the spectrum are getting ABA at Spectacular Kids! Knowledgeable staff, dedicated BCBAs that go above and beyond to help make the most progress is being made and everyone is on the same page in the care of your child! It's a team effort at Spectacular Kids and it shows! Superb!

Our journey with Spectacular kids started in 2014 and sadly ended last year as our son aged out of the program. Dana Harris, the owner of Spectacular Kids, is a one-of-a-kind director. She puts her heart and soul into the program. She believes in every kid that walks into the school and shows parents that they are capable of more than they could have imagined. She demands quality and respect for each client and the staff is excellent. Our son has now moved onto another program due to his age but without Spectacular kids teaching him the fundamentals he would not be where he is today.

As a mother of a non-verbal autistic son, I had heard time and time again ALL the things my son wasn’t capable of and I almost believed it, until I found Spectacular Kids. They’re nothing short of miracle workers and the best part is they love what they do. They were able to help me communicate/understand my son and helped him achieve tasks others said he’d never achieve. I could go on and on about how amazing Spectacular Kids is, but as a parent, if you’re looking to give your special needs child all the resources they need to succeed, then Spectacular Kids is the way to go. I’m heartbroken my son aged out of their services BUT will continue to shout from the roof tops how critical they were in my sons development. Thank You Dana, Hannah and the rest of the staff…. My son attended spec kids for 3 years. We have since moved, but nothing has compared to the progress he made at spec kids. They laid the foundation for my son to be the best he can be. They taught my son my son how to be comfortable and learn. They potty trained him. They taught him to speak his first sentence. They taught him to use a fork and a knife. They taught him to eat many things. They taught him to look at me. They taught him so many other things! I will forever be grateful for his time at spec kids.

Dana and her team are one-in-a-million! They did a great job of coming up with individualized treatments plans. Both my boys attended there, and both were on the opposite ends of the spectrum. I appreciated that their treatments were catered to their individual needs. Spectacular kids helped us with multiple hurdles throughout the years in the home and in the community. Their attention to detail is refreshing. If you’re wanting your child/children to attend a facility where they are truly cared for and cherished while working through the hurdles of autism this is the place to go.
