Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in ABA or related field
- Certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
- Extensive knowledge of ABA for our client base (diagnosis and age)
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of data analysis
- Ability to conduct assessments using ABLLS or VB-MAPP
- Extensive knowledge of client programming
- Ability to lead and supervise a team of Registered Behavior Technicians

Behavior Technician Position
Spectacular Kids is currently seeking Behavior Technicians! We are looking for individuals who possess a positive attitude, are motivated, and enjoy working with children to join our team. The Behavior Technicians provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy directly to children between the ages of 1 and 10 years old, who have a diagnosis of autism or a related disorder. Therapy is done on a 8:2 ratio, with each technician being assigned to a particular client throughout the day. Behavior Technicians are supervised and trained by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and training staff. Candidates do not need to have ABA experience to qualify, but must enjoy working with children. Training is provided to become a Registered Behavior Technician.

- A minimum of High School Diploma or High School Equivalent, with some college
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
